Hi

When i update a helpdesk ticket on the k1000 with symbols such as % or \\ these do not appear on the email sent to the end user. Does anyone know why and how to resolve it?

We use exchange 2007. and K1000 is on 5.5

Submit a ticket to KACE.  There's a bug where some symbols get cut off.  I don't remember if there is a fix or not, but they should be able to tell you.
