HelpDesk - Custom field does not display

Hi there!
We have setup a custom field in our service desk for the user's location. Before the most recent upgrade the field displayed correctly in the list view - and could be sorted. Since the upgrade - the field displays and tickets can be sorted on the field, but the data in the field (the value) is no longer displayed.



The Location field above is the "custom" field and the list IS sorted in decending order (the first tickets displayed are for a users in Winooski,VT and the next are for White River Junction) but where did the data go??

In the latest version I had to get a patch from KACE to fix that. If you send them an email they will send it your way.

They did exactly that - and it resolved the issue!
The Service Desk manager is going to be SOOO happy!
