Here is a report for 

system name , system description, IP address, agent version.  Easily built using wizard.  Just add new sql report and copy this in.            

SELECT MACHINE.NAME AS SYSTEM_NAME,SYSTEM_DESCRIPTION,IP,CLIENT_VERSION FROM MACHINE    ORDER BY SYSTEM_NAME

I would use the report wizard to create that report.

In the reports wizard, if you select the topic "Computer", Agent Version will be listed under Computer Identity Information.  If you have server version 5.3 and are using the new reporting engine/wizard, make sure you select "Computer" as the topic and not "Asset - Computer" which depending on the assets you have defined may be selected by default.
