Hi I have looked around and had a play but can't seem to find the answer. What field links a new ticket to a knowlegde base article when you select "find releated articles" at the top of the page?

If i remember correctly, (90% sure) it's the TITLE of the ticket that searches against the knowledge base.

 

EDIT:  Double checked it, yep, it's the ticket title and it searches against the knowledge base title AND contents. 

 

protip:  When you go to your kace, if your using admin or user, add ui at the end of the url and you can see some more of this little stuff (like search selections).

 

IE. https://k100.domain.com/adminUI or https://k100.domain.com/userUI
