A product called Wise InstallShield?
Wise (now Symantec, former Altiris) and InstallShield (now Acresso, former Macrovision) are two different tools-set and companies.
So which is it?
Is "Filenet Viewer" and MSI or a legacy setup?
Which packaging tool was made to create this setup?
(Check the first dialog showing up, Wise, InstallShield or any other)
