How do i export specific registry
ex: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Eventlog\Application] -> MaxSize

Be more specific please. Are you trying to export the key as part of an MSI custom action??

If you would like to read the value to a property have a look at the RegLocator table in the SDK
