Error packaging setup.exe: cannot copy file

I m capturing on windows 7 with installshield version 2008
I was captuirng an exe it went fine..but at later stage it gave me error saying:

Error copying file C:\packages\ntuser.data.log1. do u want to continue..

i said yes and wen i tried to build it gave an error saying cannot compress files to data1.cab and wen i say no still it gaves me same error

THe file is not copied to source path, you should copy the file to source path manually and then compile.

By saying NO the rest of the files will also be not copied, say yes and copy the file manually later.

ntuser.data.logWhat really scares me is that there are companies paying money to people like this who clearly have no clue whatsoever about what they're being paid to do.

Why not go mad, sequencers, and look up what that file actually is, then see if you can work out why you can't capture it.

But its a user data file how shld i copy dat file to the source path could you please elaborate on dat

You should copy from the location where it is being installed.

Have you read VBScabs post.

I think you u may not need that in your package.
