It shows user installation are disabled via policy on machine.
Plz tell me how to enable user installation.

I expect your domain administrator has a very good reason for disabling per-user installations, not the least of which is likely to be the possibility of contravening license terms.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
