Email notification based on Due Date

It must be simple but how would I create a Ticket Rule that notifies me and the Ticket Owner when the Due Date is Today?
Appreciate the help.

You would have a rule that runs at least daily. If it runs daily you'll get the notification one time. The query would look something like this:

where
...
and DUE_DATE=CURDATE()
...

reference faq 613 to see how to integrate this with notifying the owner -- you want to remove the requirement from 613 about the ticket just being created

Perfect again, you guys are great!
I created 2 Rules, one to run in the morning and one toward the end of our day, that notify us of all the Tickets with a Due Date < or = CurDate(). I will add the owner later.

Thanks again!

Hi, I am trying to set this up. Rule that emails ticket owner + one more user when Due Date = Current Date. Tried creating a new rule and add the due date but no success. Could someone post the a complete rule? Thanks!
