I have 2 questions for the community.  Were setting up KACE Service Desk.  Is it possible to create a dynamic ticket form based on the category chosen by the user.  

For example: If a user picked, in a drop down list, "install new software" I want a second field to show and be mandatory "Software_List".  To complete the ticket the request the user has to choose the desired software in a list.

On the other hand, if a user picked "Telephony_issues" I don't want the "software list' to show or to be mandatory.  If there is some documentation about dynamic forms I would greatly appreciate links on it.

As for multi-language environment.   KACE allow us to set up default languague value by user.  Doing so, all menus changes and built-in fields values are changed in the selected language.  IUf you create custom fileds with values, obviously KACE cannot change it to an other language.  When creating a custom field values or when we add other values to already existing fields, how can we set up the corresponding value in an other language?  It is a table? If so how is that table called.
