I was looking for an Outlook Add-In that allows an individual to mark an item as "handled" and label a previous email. For example:

Email 1 is to a group of say 30 people with a simple task.

Email 2 one individual takes care of the task and responds to  with "this has been handled." This situation is rampant at my company.

I was hoping for an add-in that allows the second email to label the first and second emails as both "handled" or some distinguishing feature that will allow both of those emails to be moved based on a rule. Does anyone know of an Add-in that can accomplish this task.
