Does anyone have a report that will list the Start Time and End Time of Tickets under the Work logged section for 7 or 31 day intervals??

Report should contain Name, Date, Start Time, End Time, Adj. Hours, Hours, Note.

Once this report is working, my boss would like just a summary of the average times from start to end for a 7 and 31 day interval.
