Normally a procedure to upgrade a software should be provided by the vendor, what do they recommend?

Could you describe the problem you have more detailed maybe people(I'm one of them) who do not have Ceridian experience could help as well.

Is it msi or exe installers?

Is the version 2.30 installer a patch or a full install?

Did you follow the usual procedure for upgrade?

If so, What is the issue? What error are you getting at the time of upgrade?
