Dissecting setup.exe

Got a setup.exe that I like to dissect, it extract 6 MSI to the temp folder, besides a lot of other folders. I´m looking for tools(freeware), log readers, keywords and any other suggestions. This is a spare time project for increasing knowledge and I appreciate all suggestions.

I don't know what use dissecting the EXE would be, unless you can translate assembler...

looking at my crystal ball. I can't see the following
1) name of the applications in question
2) what you are trying to dissect- hope you have a pair of scissors
3) what are you customizing using wise/ installsheild or orca when you create your mst

Thanks a lot for the replies and sorry for the late response. The application is Netwise Now http://www.intele.com/article.aspx?m=612&amid=5828, and it can be silently deployed with .iss file. So the deployment part is done. It seems I have very little time for spare time projects these days. May be it´s best to remove this thread instead. Thanks again for the replies.
