Um... I think your going to need to provide a little more detail than that :)

How about a short description of what your trying to do?
What tool are you using to deploy?
Do you already have your image captured?
What OS?
Etc..

If you use the K2000 or anything that allow pre-installation tasks with a batch file use DISKPART and do the following:
select disk 0
clean
create partition primary size=300
active
assign letter=c
create partition primary
assign letter=d
active

That creates one partition (C:\) of 300MB and the rest of the disk go towards D:\

You will need to format them also (normal batch script):

format c: /q /y /FS:NTFS
format d: /q /y /FS:NTFS
