I used the office customization tool to deploy Office 2010 without Outlook with the Kace appliance. Now we are wanting deploy Outlook. I used the OCT to create another msp file that doesn’t remove any files and only installs outlook. I tried to deploy Outlook and I get the error “the adminfile command line option can be used only during initial installation of the product”. Is there a way that I can use the Kace appliance to deploy Outlook after I have already deployed Office 2010? Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to do this with a config.xml file. Take a look at this article.
