Custom Inventory Linux command

We're trying to setup a custom inventory for linux boxes. We have a few linux machines and we need find the encryption status on these boxes. The command is 

lsblk -o NAME,TYPE,MOUNTPOINT,
How would I go about getting this info from the linux machine? machine is running Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS.
