I did package Crystal reports 11 using admin studio..
When the lauch the shortcut after installation..i am getting your keycode is missing..enter your serial number..
But i see there is a keycode under HKLM....

First, I hope you don't mean "repackaged", as CR is already in MSI format.
Next, use ProcMon or your favoured process/file/registry monitor to determine where CR is looking for the serial number.
Lastly, I presume you've been through the 'Notes' in the 'Package KB'?
