Creating and deploying a Code group for .Net framework

Hey all, not having had any luck in searching. I need to automatically deploy a .Net Framework code group to our entire enterprise. I dont' see where I can do it through GPO, and don't really feel a package is necessary, because .net is already on the systems. Has anyone seen any scipts for policies for this?

thanks, that Microsoft link led me to use the caspol.exe utility
