Creating an organization on a K1000 vm
I seem to be missing something obvious but I can find no Organizations > Organizations with which to create new organizations. What am I missing?

As AbhayR pointed out, you are probably not licensed for organizations.
Email support@kace.com with your current license key and request one that supports organizations. There should be no charge for that assuming you aren't using the trial.
