Could the zoom factor be set to 75% instead of 100% by default in the ARIS Publisher 9.6?
Hi All,
Currently we are using ARIS 9.6. The webexports have been created successfully in Design Server and we are able to view all the Models in Business Publisher.
When we are opening the models, the Zoom factor is 100% by default in the ARIS Publisher. In previous version(ARIS 7.2) the Zoom factor is 75%.
I have changed the scaling level as 75 % in profiles during the creation of web exports. But we have 100 % as default. It is not get changed.
I have deleted all the scaling values and again tried to create the webexports. But no luck so far. Still we have 100 % as default.
Could the zoom factor be set to 75% instead of 100% by default? The reason is that 100% is too large and each click to change the zoom factor takes time.
Please advise us to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.

I think this might be a question for the software vendor. If you can't set the default in the GUI, then I don't think anyone on this site will be able to help. - dunnpy 9 years ago

If it can be set within the program, where it remains set the next time you start the program, it's gotta be something stored in a reg key or a config file. Find what it is and distribute it.
