I am facing a strange problem , I am trying to package Sametime Meeting plug in , which copies files to C:\Winnt\Downloaded Program Files. I am not able to capture the files in my msi . Is there a way i can copy files from this folder and then include them into my installation. Please help me...

You didn't mention what .msi tool you are using... but if you know what the file names are and where they go (eg c:\winnt\downloaded...) then you can just manually add them into your .msi, they don't have to be "captured".

Have you enabled logging for the install and checked to see if anything strange is happening with the InstallFiles Action?
When you manually include them is Wise correctly entering the information in the File table?
Also, how are checking whether the file is installed?
