Try setup.exe /?
If you're lucky you get the supported command line options.

Haha so then you should talk to your developers to find a solution for installing this app silently.

You can always try "setup.exe /s" or "setup.exe -s" That's where I would start buut yeah, Teitan is right, how should we know.
