Clients not getting advertisement
I have finnally got SP2 ready to roll. I have confirmed (and tested) the package and advertisement, but under sms2003>systemstatus>advert status it shows that no client has recieved it. the schedual is correct, and all the other settings in the advertisement seem fine (set to be availabel at 6, assigned at 7, not forced over slow links, allowed users to run, and expries in a couple months) . When I look at the messages for this advertisement, it is telling me it is published correctly (no errors or warnings). I am still very new to SMS, can someone give me a heads up on how/were to trouble shoot this?
I suspect maybe an sms problem, as I just published a test app and it is not being received either.

Well, i am still looking for help on this, but i have made some progress.
I found that the sms2003>systemstatus>site status>Sitename>Component Status had the SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER had many errors. long story short it was a priv's issue, and I had to re-add the account that needed to talk to the sql database to the group SMS_SiteSystemToSQLConnecton_<sitename>. Note here, all the members of the sms groups look to have lost their info, as only SIDS are showing as group members, not the users (in this case the <domain\sa> account). After I added teh user (sa) to the group, the errors cleared up.
BUT
the clients are still not getting the advert. On looking further, the mpcontrol.log file has lots of errors <attacted to the end of this message.
My clients are still not receiving the advert, so any help please.
