The official Microsoft Instructor lead course is:
Course 6451: Planning, Deploying and Managing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007
You would need to go onto http://www.microsoft.com/training to find a course being run in your area.

Can't help any further, I've provided the course number you need - which you didn't have before.
I suppose you must have training providers in India - you will need to ring round and see what they can do.
Or if there is nothing on the Microsoft site email them and see what they can suggest.

Nah, there's some sort of screw-up between AD and....somewhere. Every day, between about 8:30 and 11:00 UK time, using AD is like wading through treacle. With lead boots. And a fat suit. Bob and I did some basic troubleshooting and came to the conclusion that it's localised to the UK. Somewhere.

I though it might be something like that - I did raise it to Bob a couple of years ago.
Everytime I've seen it, it's when I've been through a company proxy - so just assumed that it could be that and not AppDeploy.
