Citrix full plugin v12.1.0.30
Does anyone know the software requirements for the Citrix Online Plugin Full version for 12.1.0.30?
We've been using v11 for a while and we're starting to have issues. We were told to upgrade to 12.1.0.30 but when we installed it, users had issues getting to their VM. I'm assuming I'm missing a Windows patch somewhere but don't know which one.

in summary:
CitrixOnlinePluginWeb.exe /extract c:\Temp
install the .msi's in order:
a. ICAWebWrapper.msi
b. SSONWrapper.msi
c. GenericUSB.msi
d. DesktopViewer.msi
e. CitrixHDXMediaStreamForFlash-ClientInstall.msi
f. PNAWrapper.msi
* if some MSI's are missing, dont stress.
Comments:

and uninstall in this order:
1. PNAWrapper.msi
2. CitrixHDXMediaStreamForFlash-ClientInstall.msi
3. DesktopViewer.msi
4. GenericUSB.msi
5. SSONWrapper.msi
