Cisco Asset Management

Has anyone here used the KACE 1000 to keep asset inventory of their CISCO devices? We have tried and we get a large MIB dump. We are told this can be imported and only allow the fields that we want but we nor support can help us out?

Does anyone else currently do this? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Eric

If you can convert the MIB to CSV, this would be possible.

Asset -> asset import

That is what we have tried to do. The problem is the data is just a big blob and nothing really offering the ability to map the points. I am curious if anyone else is doing this and what is the best practice for clientless assets?

I found a walkthrough for converting SNMPWalk to Excel:
