As far as I know, you cannot. I do not believe this report comes from the KBOX appliance itself but from the Linux OS that the KBOX is running on. At least this is what I have seen and been told in the past. Correct me if I am wrong!

There is an enhancement about this(#11286). Please open a ticket to "vote" on it. It can be changed but it's not in the product today.

Just some background info on this: Charlie Root is the name established by default in FreeBSD (the OS running on the KBOX) - it's not a KBOX specific attribute. I've had fellow administrators ask about changing it, but it's just a minor annoyance. I can't think of any legitimate reason to make this a priority - it's just a personal preference sort of thing. I'd rather see time spent on more important enhancements.
