Changing the E-Mail "Mail Ticket"
We're having KACE running for the first day now.
Something that really bothers us, is that we cannot send the Ticket via E-Mail and add a custom text.
Title: Ticket number etc.
Body: [Custom Text we're adding]
How do you do this? Is there anyway we can add a field to add a comment to the mail?
I hope you guys figure out what I am trying to say.
