Changing the E-Mail "Mail Ticket"

Hi 

 

We're having KACE running for the first day now.
Something that really bothers us, is that we cannot send the Ticket via E-Mail and add a custom text.

like:

Title: Ticket number etc.

Body: [Custom Text we're adding]

[Ticket Information]

 

How do you do this? Is there anyway we can add a field to add a comment  to the mail?

I hope you guys figure out what I am trying to say.

In the queue configuration under the Email on Events header there is a link to customize the emails sent.

  • Yes thanks. But can I customize it before sending? If I want to give a customer a personal note for example? - aazimm 11 years ago
    • The closest you could get to that kind of functionality would be using the comment on the ticket. You can't modify individual emails "on the fly". - chucksteel 11 years ago
