Change ticket URL in email for OWNERS only
Is it possible that when the owners of a queue receive an email notification that it has a url to the admin portal and not the user portal?
For example, when we receive a ticket from a user this is the email we get:

Can we somehow change the URL when emails are being sent out to OWNERS to this URL:
So basically, when USERS get an email notification, they see the USERUI URL, but when the OWNERS of the queue get an email, they see the ADMINUI URL.
Please let me know how we can achieve this.
