Change Registry Permissions via Command Line

I'm looking to change one registry key to full control as a power user using the REGINI command line but cannot seem to get it working. Anyone ever change registy keys via script or command line?

Thanks

We always use a Custom Action in the Wise Script which is based on using CACLS.

The tool my company uses to apply permission changes to registry keys and/or values is Microsoft's subinacl.exe. We right a Custom Action to run this with an MSI, but you can also run it via a batch file or VBScript as well.
