I am trying to see if I can change the logo on the login screen for the end users. It is currently the default DELL KACE logo. I have my custom logos already applied in settings, and it shows correctly once logged in in the top left corner of the page:

But we also want that same logo for users to see at login. We are running KACE v6.4.

I have seen Dell articles that reference pictures have custom logos on the login page, I just apparently don't know how to set it.

Thanks!

  • Hello. If you can see the logo in the upper left hand corner that is correct. I changed the logo I had assigned on my 6.4 lab and it changed both the user login portal and showed on upper left (As expected).
Can you verify which version of 6.4 you are on? Also what is your file type?
  • We are currently on version 6.4.120756. All of our custom logos are .png
  • That is strange as this issue was resolved in 6.4 SP2 which is the version you are at (See https://support.software.dell.com/k1000-systems-management-appliance/kb/184090). Can you clear browser cache and then log in under userui and see if the issue still occurs? If it does, can you email me screen shots of your General settings where your Logo is located so I can take a peek? Alternatively you can email me your contact number so I can reach out to you. My email is mary.scherich@software.dell.com. My work hours are 9am to 6pm CST.
  • Same problem here ..
