They've totally revamped the training for Radia last year. As with everything HP touches, I'm sure it's much worse now.

I took the Operations course for v4 recently and it was terrible. The courseware is good but the instructor knew less than everyone in the class. They're doing distance learning for Radia coming in January so you might want to wait for that. V5 training begins in October.
