Most of the updates I have seen from KACE usually go to the submitter.  In order to manage the communication we have limited updates to messages via e-mail where our KACE system is included in the e-mail.

I was curious if KACE was capable of updating more than one recipient (who is not the CC_List).

1. Is KACE capable of responding to other e-mail addresses that are included on the TO or CC lines?

2. Is KACE capable of capturing the e-mail addresses in the TO or CC lines within a Ticket?
