I find that after a recent KBOX1100 update I can no longer sort KACE Service Desk tickets by the Priority column.

Has anyone seen this, and/or is this just a DELL support ticket to open?

Submit a ticket to KACE support.  There are a couple of hotfixes that should be applied that should resolve your issue.
