We have technicians that are using a group for assigned tickets. The technicians want their custom view to be their default view when they log onto the K1000 ticketing system. Is this possible and if so how do they set this up?

Unless it's changed recently, setting it as a default is not an option.  One thing you can do, however, is to use a bookmark in your browser.  Log into your K1000 with adminui  (http:\\yourk1000\adminui) and select the custom view, then bookmark it.
