Can not get Kace to open and look at emails

kace just ignores the Office 365 email account created for it.
I would like to have the new employee datatel system to email The Kace box to create a ticket for the new employee cue.
No clue what is wrong or even how to find an up to date test
Every article I find on the net is so far out of date that I can not follow the directions to find what they are talking about.

I'm having the same issue. Any emails that were sent from an office 365 user is not getting picked up. If the user is sending an email from gmail, the kace pop3 system sees the email and creates/updates the ticket. - rramosrob 8 years ago

We are an Office365 shop and have it working. Basically enable Service Desk POP3 Server (Settings > Control Panel > Network Settings) and then set your POP and SMTP settings for that queue (Service Desk > Configuration > Queues > select the queue).
