Can I add summary field when using Email on Events option
I set up a queue for our maintenance department. Pretty straight forward and simple. I want to use the built in email on events option when their supervisor makes one of them an owner. I edited the Ticket Modified option to include some custom information like location, building, etc...but I don't see an option to add the summary. We sort of just want the maintenance person to just look at their email and read everything they need right away. I don't want to create custom email rules because we have a few maintenance people and I would need to create a rule for each of them.
