Can anyone help me to create an application on SCCM 2012 server with pay?
I already built a Malwarebytes 2.1.6.1022.exe, but needs a customization. I will need help with this, for an expert it should not take more then an hour. I am willing to pay for the hour , please let me know if anyone interested. If contract with me at 240-464-3689,or litonmc@yahoo.com. I will need to complete the project by Friday the June 5th, 2015.

When you use language like this, it's no surprise that no-one's rushing to help you. When you need help, throwing insults around is not the approach to use!
Now, as I responded to another poster, SCCM is a deployment system. It doesn't care one jot about configuring the application it's deploying. For that, you need to apply changes to the installer.
Have you searched AppDeploy's software knowledgebase? Is that installer a stand-alone EXE or does it extract and execute an MSI? What tools does the vendor supply?

Your question is unclear. Do you need assistance with SCCM (adding the package to SCCM) or making the customisations to Malwarebytes?
If you need assistance in adding the the package to SCCM, Google will be able to help you, there is lot of info on how to add packages to SCCM. If its the latter, then you will need some help and its not trivial.

-Product ID and Key need to be put
-Detection path need to be changed
-Software update notification and user interaction need to be disable
-need to be slient install
-uninstall path
-and few more things need to be done.
If you can help me with these please help me out. I have to finished by tomorrow.
