If this is an installshield you might try to create an uninstall.iss.
Run the installer or the uninstaller (not really sure if the installer works to uninstall with) with "-r -f1[path\ResponseFile]" to generate a response file.
Then uninstall the application with "-f1[path\ResponseFile] -f2[path\logfile.log]"
