bllomberg keyboard issue
i have this app bloomberg which prompt for this file USBHUB.SYS while installation. We have this application upgrade every two months. one more thing there is keyboard driver for this app.The issue is when they uninstall the previous version and then try to install the new version a dialog box prompts for this USBHUB.sys to search in C:\windows\system32\drivers location& only after manually selecting the file the installation continues.is there any way i can get rid of this issue?

It sounds like the application is actually uninstalling the keyboard driver during uninstall and then wants it to be reinstalled when you install the application again.
A way around this may be to package the keyboard driver seperatly or ensure that the driver isnt uninstalled during uninstall of the other version. I would suggest that the problem is with the payload of the application, maybe overriting a file during install, which then removes files it shouldnt during uninstall.
TBH without seeing the application I cant be of any more use.

Yes during uinstall of the previous version i am unistalling the keyboard driver and then during the installation of new version i am trying to install the keyboard driver.
so what should i do if an upgrade comes?
