Best Practices for Appliance backup
Hi We are running KBOX1000 and KBOX2000,
Is there any GUI mode for appliance data backup and restore if yes please share with........

For the K2000 you go to Settings › Package Management › Offboard Package Transfer and enable the offboard package transfer to copy all newly created packages to an external source.
For the K1000 there is another mechanism, which is described in this KB article:

You need to setup this functionality on your backup server but it is really automated then.
If you like to do it over the WebUI you can do this manually:
Go to Settings › Control Panel › Backup Settings and download both backup files.
