Behavior when interrupting installations
We install Office 2003 professional machine based with a GPO. And when I interrupt a installation, lets say I remove the network cable, it will be continued after the next reboot. But when I interrupt by removing the workstation its power the installation will not continue after the next reboot.
Can someone perhaps tell me what makes the difference?
I think it will be a registry entry that tells the machine it has an unfinished installation. This key can’t be set when removing power and can be set when the source is removed.
Where can I find this key?
