avoid custom action during repair?

Hi Guys,

After my MSI is installed ( and restarted) it goes into repair. I wouldnt mind it going to repair, but it then triggers my custom action ( which runs an exe). Due to this my package is going into a loop.

Is there a way to avoid triggering the custome action when an MSI goes to repair??

For example, if i do not want the custom action to run during uninstallation, we specify NOT REMOVE="ALL".
Is there a similar way for avoiding the triggering of the custom action during repair?
Help ! many thanks

You could try setting a condition of

NOT REINSTALL AND NOT REMOVE~="ALL"

Or you could just use "Not Installed"

Spartacus and Inabus,

It didnt work. However the following condition works perfectly fine

Not Installed AND NOT PATCH.

Appreciate all your help.
