We'll be putting in 2 KBOXs, one in the Americas and the one i have here. It strikes me that if email goes between the two, it's going to update the wrong calls...

Is it possible to alter the keyword TICK: to anything else? Quite apart from it being case-sensitive, it also makes me think of bugs stuck to sheep!
