Are there videos or blogs for best practice and troubleshooting the Kace agent on the Mac OS

I am trying to learn as much as I can about Mac before our company gets to many of them.

Without knowing the specific issue you are having this is still the best resource for trubleshooting a provision.

There really isn't much documentation for provisioning on Macs.  What there is available is in the K1000 admin guide.  It will basically tell you that Remote Login needs to be enabled (port 22) and that you need to use credentials that have root access.

Agent debug instructions are in the admin guide as well.

There are some blog articles here that might be helpful in general, but I don't remember there being one about provisioning specifically.
