Any way to see Tickets by OWNER within ALL QUEUES?
I've noticed that when I switch to ALL QUEUES I don't have the OWNER list that I woul dhave with individual queues.
I'm a full admin and have ownership rights (by label) to every queue. With that being said, we use multiple queues but we use a user named SERVICE LEVEL 1 for tickets that are service level 1, which is a ticket pool for myself and another, but we have to go to the individual queue to see that owner.
Anything I'm missing to see ALL QUEUES by OWNER?
