I have a problem with service desk in dell kace - im trying to create a user groups ( role ) who can create ticker and modify them but not close - is it even possible in Dell Kace Service desk ?

We have run into a similar issues with Inventory.  We want folks to edit specific inventory.  The problem appears that the roles don't have the granularity to drill down.
