Alienware laptop drivers not showing up in K2000

Did a driver harvest for the Alienware laptop. I go to push out an image to the laptop and get an "unable to mount to KBox share". Looked for drivers in my driver feed and they don't show up in the list. I did a driver harvest and it ran successfully. Any suggestions? Help? I even created a couple new KBE's hoping this would help. Nothing works.

Have you added the network and storage drivers to your KBE?
