I have no experience with this application myself, but it is worth pointing out that some setup.exe wrapper executables do little more than unpack the installation files to a folder (frequently the %TEMP% folder) and then run a second executable to start the installation.
So one of the files extracted out there may be the "real" installation executable, for which the qualifiers you are trying to use may work.
Have you tried running the setup.exe and inspecting the %temp% folder to see what is placed there ? If the installation routine provides dialogs then a good time to check the temp folder is at the point when the first dialog is displayed.
